The ferry between Kasnäs and Rosala island operates according to its schedule all year round. The free sea trip across the archipelago takes about 30 minutes. It is not possible to make a reservation for the ferry, but you drive on the ferry from the queue in the order of arrival. You can also travel on the ferry as a pedestrian or with a bicycle.
The ferry's departure port on the mainland is Kasnäs in the municipality of Kemiönsaari, address: Kasnäsintie 1293, 25930 Kasnäs. For example, it is about 100 km from Turku, about 200 km from Helsinki and about 250 km from Tampere to Kasnäs. In Kasnäs, the driveway ends at three piers. The ferry leaves from the left-hand pier with the Rosala and Hitis signs.
In the archipelago, the departure port is Långnäs on the island of Rosala, address: Norrfjärdintie 139, 25950 Rosala. Långnäs is located between the villages of Hiittinen and Rosala, and from there it is 5 km to Rosala and 6 km to Hiittinen.
